SYNOPSIS: There was a time when cattle roamed the open range, a handshake sealed a deal, and people lived by a sense of right and wrong carried in the heart — the unwritten rules of the cowboy. Shot against the backdrop of Wyoming’s breathtaking landscapes and vibrant communities, this film presents an inspiring portrait of what it really means to live with honor, heart, and purpose.

SYNOPSIS: Cangleska Wakan is a performative documentary which addresses the “Sacred Hoop” of the Lakota through through candid and revealing opinions from respected tribal members in South Dakota. Cangleska Wakan (Sacred Hoop) is based on the Lakota concept that everything in the universe is interrelated, human beings and all things which exist in their environment are connected in one continuous process of growth and development. Discussions with Russell Means, Donovin Hump, Dallas Chief Eagle and others from the seven bands of the Lakota Nation address the Sacred Hoop and if it been broken and if so can it be mended.
